actual / virtual

This work was begun in 2002 as a means to
examine the relationship between the thing itself
and that which is represented. Each work is comprised of a framed digital print and the object which the print represents resting on a small shelf 6 inches beneath the frame. The images are composites from the objects scanned on a flatbed scanner... to be continued...
